Both, your safety and the safety of your students / children is a primary concern for OurStory and we have the track record to prove it. For nearly 20 years, our founder taken students all across the world and has maintained a PERFECT track record for student safety. Simply put: Every student that has traveled with us has returned home safe and sound… All of them.
Perhaps we’ve been lucky. Perhaps it’s our careful planning, attention to detail, and meticulous selection process for our vendors and travel partners. The people, precautions, processes, and contingency plans that we have in place are not just things we do, it’s the cornerstone of our business.

Tour Director

On each trip, Our Story send a trained and experienced representative with your group to help ensure quality and safety. This tour director is professionally trained to work closely with group leaders to help support the rules and safety measures that they set forth. While touring, your tour director is constantly monitoring and planning in order to avoid and potential pitfalls or hurdles that may arise throughout the day.

Night Security

For all platinum and gold package options, Our Story provides private security at your hotel every night (unless advised otherwise by the group leader). This security staff is hired by OurStory to monitor the hallways of the groups’ hotel typically during the hours of 11:00pm to 5:00am to help ensure that no one comes out and no one comes in.

24 Hour Support

In addition to the onsite tour director, OurStory offers a 24 hour emergency contact line for any issues that may arise during the tour. This emergency line is provided to the group leader(s) during the planning process and gives them immediate access to a staff member who can assist.
