Von Harden has over 20 years of leadership experience in the student travel industry. Von is responsible for arranging amazing educational tours for tens of thousands of students and teachers worldwide. He has served in various leadership roles for a leader in the travel industry and is well-respected by providers and partners throughout the industry. He has a wealth of experience and detailed knowledge of domestic and international destinations, as they relate to youth education.

Raised in Detroit, Von is a graduate of Florida A&M University’s School of Business and Industry, where he began arranging trips for students on campus. Von currently serves as the President of the International Association of Tour Directors and Guides, where he works with tour operators and guides from around the word on education and recruiting. He resides in the DFW area with his 2 beautiful and amazing daughters.

Carolyn Henry is an experienced Tour Director with a passion for educational and hands on travel. She is inspired by cultural diversity and the excitement of sharing her passion for travel and history. Carolyn has been a Tour Director for ten years, is insightful, culturally connected and celebrates life on a daily basis. She mentors students, volunteers with the homeless and the elderly community. Carolyn is excited to share the African American History experience with each and every guest with interactive excitement.

Carolyn is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia and received her Tour Director Certification from the International Tour Management Institute. Carolyn retired from corporate america after 29 years of service in several management, sales, real estate, training and leadership positions. Carolyn implements her tours using a lifetime of professional skills to educate, encourage and mentor students.

Robin Rocque is a Tour Director and Guide who has worked with groups of all ages. Robin considers herself a storyteller who helps to connect the what, when and how of history to our current experiences. She has led groups through many U.S. states and numerous countries. Robin is thrilled to share her knowledge of the authentic African American history, especially in her hometown of New Orleans, Louisiana.

Robin Rocque is an alumna of Vassar College, where she studied history and various cultures. She has been a licensed tour guide in New Orleans since 2004. Robin has also received a tour management certification from the International Tour Management Institute (ITMI).
